Refund policy

100 nights at home. Live with the detectors for up to 100 nights from the day they arrive. If they are not right for the house, tell us and we refund the order in full.

Return postage. Ours. Email support@lunara-comfort.store with your order number and we send a prepaid label.

Condition. Send back everything that came in the box. Normal use is expected and fine - we are not going to argue about a scuff.

When the money returns. We process the refund within 2 working days of the parcel reaching us. Your bank then typically needs 5–10 business days to show it on the original payment method.

Warranty. Separately from the trial, every unit carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the delivery date. A faulty unit is replaced free.

Cancelling. Before dispatch, we cancel and refund in full. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
