Shipping policy

Where we ship. Anywhere in the United States, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum to reach.

Dispatch. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one working day of payment clearing.

Delivery time. Reckon on 7–15 working days from dispatch. The exact figure depends on where you are and how quickly customs handles the parcel.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has not arrived within 15 working days, write to support@lunara-comfort.store with your order number and we will chase it.

Wrong or incomplete address. Tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we can usually still correct it. After dispatch the carrier decides.

Damaged on arrival. Photograph the box and the unit and email us within 7 days. We replace it, no return needed.
